This morning, after Meeting for Worship, the Owls headed over to Art. Amanda explained to us that we would be creating our very own structures using wood pieces. Considering their love for building with magnatiles and blocks, the Owls were thrilled.
Friends manipulated the pieces to see how they would fit together and work best. Then, used markers to add detail to their structures.
The making of a roller-coaster.
Designing homes.
Once friends were finished adding details, they used glue to put the pieces together.
Back in the classroom, friends enjoyed choice time.
