The Owls' day began in Music with Aedin. Friends played What's Inside the Egg. One friend would go into the middle of the circle, curl up into a ball while friends sang, and then hatch.
A flamingo.
A penguin.
A dinosaur.
Next, friends got to partner up to participate in Jump Jim Joe.
Friends were very excited to hear what was up next. Friends got to play and sing Circle round the Zero.
We read Beautiful Oops, and Aedin played different instruments to go along with the story.
After music, the Owls engaged in choice time. The choices were trains, magnatiles, drawing, and sand table.
In library, Doris read us a couple of books.
After reading together, friends had the chance to explore the library and check out their own books.
